Bemidji ECFE 8th Annual Baby & Kids Garage Sale

Welcome to the 8th Annual Baby & Kids Garage Sale, presented by the ECFE Parent Advisory Council! If you would like to become a vendor and sell your own baby and kid related items, you can register for a space here. You pay for use of a booth and keep what you sell! We also accept donations for the ECFE booth, if having your own booth is not for you! ECFE proceeds go towards funding our classrooms, hosting family events, and sending students to the Headwaters Science Center each spring. Your proceeds go in your pocket!

Vendors may only sell items related to babies and kids, including children's clothing sizes preemie - boys/girls size XL (14/16), toys, bikes, maternity and nursing items, games, books, baby/child equipment, etc. Due to safety reasons, we cannot allow the sale of cribs or car seats. Be aware of any recalled items, visit www.safekids.org/product-recalls to check your items. If you are unsure if you are allowed to sell particular items, please contact Ruth at [email protected] with any questions.

Each space is approximately 10x10 and includes 1 table and 2 chairs. One booth space is $40, two for $70, or three for $90. The additional tables are all spoken for, but you are welcome to bring your own tables and display racks!

Set up is 5-8pm on Friday, April 26th or 7-8:40am Saturday April 27th, 2024. You are able to drive up to the high school main entrance to unload, but be aware of pedestrians and other vehicles. We will close the doors at 8:40am until the beginning of the event at 9am. ECFE will have our own booth to sell donated items. The ECFE booth offers a $2 bag sale for the last hour of the event, you may choose to do so or not.

Please bring your own change, bags, and supplies.

Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase at the concession booth.
