Beltane Goddess Gathering with Dori Edwards

You're invited to join us for a Beltane gathering! On this joyful evening, all humans of all ages are welcome to join us in celebrating the goddess within and the goddess we dance upon each day. This evening is dedicated to honoring our body, our 5 senses, and the beauty of this planet through all channels of expression.
Beltane marks the halfway point between Spring and Summer, and the phase on the wheel of the year where the potentials we have been intending become possible and tangible. Just like how Mama Gaia is expressing the gifts of her seeds planted in winter, so are we moving towards the same during this Taurus season that represents externalizing inspiration. As Beltane is historically associated with dance, creativity, fertility of the land, and loosely translates to 'Bright Fire,' we will gather in honor of our own inner fire and the integration of what we have been growing.
Through guided visualization and journaling, we will be invited into presence, gratitude, and intentions for our authentic creative expression as we move towards the illuminating, exposed time of summer. We will then take these intentions, write them on dancing ribbons, and through both intentional and intuitive movement, call the future that we are creating into the present through dynamic yoga poses, somatic dance, and a whole lot of authentic play. We will then close in circle to honor our own courage, our community, and everyone will have the option to share in supportive circle.

For this event, dress comfortably, bring water, a sweater, and a yoga mat, as we will be enjoying empowered and liberated movement. If possible, we invite you to imagine the most abundant, joyous version of you and dress in the color that matches this feeling. You may also bring elements of nature or altar offerings to place upon your mat in order to help further cultivate your intentions for creation.
