About this Event
Belong: The Immersion – Dublin is a half-day experience designed to bring you home to yourself… and into real connection with others.
We’ll begin gently, landing in the room together and grounding as a group.Creating safety, steadiness and a sense of belonging from the very start.
From there, you’ll be guided through a personal reflective process. Nothing performative. Nothing forced. Just an opportunity to slow down and notice what’s actually going on inside you.
There will be space to connect in small groups, to speak, to listen, and to be heard in a way that feels human and real.
A powerful Breathwork for Emotional Release session, held safely and intentionally, allowing you to drop deeper into your body and let go of what’s been building beneath the surface.
We’ll close together in a sharing circle, grounding the experience, integrating what’s come up, and finishing not just as individuals who attended something… but as a room that has shared something.
This is not just a longer Belong session. It’s a deeper container. An intimate group of 25.
Three and a half hours to slow down, connect, release, and remember who you are. No fixing, ust presence, breath, and belonging.
Everything will be explained on the day, so you are more than welcome if this will be your first time trying this style of breathwork.
This will be held at Fade Street Studios, 14 Fade St, Dublin, D02 HH33, Ireland
Doors will open at 2pm ready for a 2.30pm start.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket, or even your coat, to cover yourself and something to cover your eyes (eye mask, jumper).
