Join Aziza for a Belly Dance Workshop Veil Magic: Secrets of a Silk Whisperer at the Wild Rose Belly Dance Competition.
March 28th and 29th 2026 at the Mt. Hood Community College Theater.
Aziza is an international performer, instructor, and choreographer originally from Oregon, now based in Montreal, Quebec. Aziza produces weeklong intensives called Dreamcamps in Quebec, and offers live online group classes, coaching, and private lessons. She has been teaching and performing for more than 30 years and touring year round for almost 20 years.
In this workshop Aziza guides dancers to see the veil as an extension of the body, moving with confidence, ease, and magic. She shares the tips, tricks, and subtle details that go beyond choreography, helping you find your own magic. The class begins with foundational concepts and technique, then applies them to Aziza’s latest creative silk veil choreography.
