Join Sommer Time Fitness and guest belly dance instructor Kari Morton for our hour long Tribal Fusion belly dance workshop. this class will go over the history of this sacred art form while breaking down the choreography in easy to follow steps.
Please bring a yoga matte or towel to be on the floor and a hip scarf if you have one. Kari will have a limited number of loaner hip scarves and veils for participants to borrow.
