🌟Get ready to step into the art of belly dance with this fun and engaging 2 hour beginner workshop!🌟
We’ll begin with gentle body mechanics using mat and block work to awaken your muscles, build awareness, and set a strong foundation.
From there, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of belly dance breaking down essential movements with easy-to-follow explanations and drills designed to build confidence and control.
As you grow more comfortable, we’ll start layering movements together, unlocking the magic and artistry that make this dance so expressive and empowering.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll bring everything you’ve learned into a beautiful, beginner-friendly dance combination you can feel proud of!
