Hi, I’m Carmina! Come shimmy into fall with me with a fun choreography! All classes take place at the Art of Yoga in Columbus! Classes are beginner and drop-in friendly! Can’t wait to see you!
What to Wear/Bring:
Wear comfortable activewear to class. Footwear options include canvas ballet shoes, soft-soled dance shoes, or you can opt to dance bare feet — no street shoes in the studio, please. Bring a water bottle and, optionally, a hip scarf!
Participation & Safety:
Please consult your physician if you have existing injuries or medical conditions. Modifications are always available. By registering, participants agree to participate at their own risk. The instructor and venue are not liable for any injury sustained during class.
