- 7:15 to 8:30 ATS/FCBD Style —— Zoom
• ON LOCATION/HYBRID: Thursdays
- 6 to 7 pm —— DanceCraft's Beginning Mixed Level 1 Belly Dance
- 7 to 8:30 pm --- Interm/Adv
Location: The Lake House - 1202 Kenlake Ave., Spring Hill, Fl
Our beginning class introduces students to the basics of improvisational, group style belly dance. This style originated here in America, contains Middle Eastern and African roots, Spanish and Flamenco ﬂare, with the bold and conﬁdent melting pot of American attitudes.
Students learn the 5 Basic steps along with several more complex steps. We cover step work, body work, arm work, overall posture, form and technique, lead and follow, zill and formation work, and much more.
Belly Dance has the ability to provide a steady, medium paced, cardio style workout. It is suitable for most fitness levels.
All of our classes are designed with the beginner to the advanced student in mind, and are mixed skill levels. Each class generally has two certified instructors, as well as class leaders to assist. This ensures that everyone understands and gets the lessons being offered.
HYBRID Classes are classes taught both ON Location & On Line simultaneously. If for any reason you cannot make it On Location, you can still do the class LIVE, through Zoom.
As a social group we do dance parties and field trips of various kinds, and students are always invited to perform in our shows if they desire.
