Belly Dance by Kanina and Kalilia Dance present Elizabeth Joy's Improv Roulette! We heard you missed this amazing improv experience and we can't wait to bring it back! Join us at THRIVE The Dance Studio in Warwick for an afternoon of creativity, collaboration, and community.
Improv Roulette is a collaborative performance experiment. Participants work together to create spur-of-the-moment performances. Through this exploration, they are able to practice improvisation techniques in a safe, low pressure setting. This event is not limited to belly dancers. Dancers in any style, acrobats, poi artists, hoopers, break dancers, puppetry performers, musicians, and singers are all welcome. Extend the invitation to all of your creative friends.
Improv Roulette is a casual event. It is for any level of performer, any age group, any creative genre. However, everybody who attends must participate. No spectators are allowed. Participants can wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart and an open mind.
