A class for everyone of all ages and abilities. Doors Open at 5:30 p.m.
Desert Rhythms will take you through the fundamental movements of belly dance touching on posture, flow, expression and energy all while learning a fun and basic combination. While building on the combination, you will be introduced to a wide variety of music from Arabic to Tribal to fusion. Hip wraps will be provided to borrow for the class or you may bring your own! Dress comfortably and be ready to move. These classes are always fun to do with a friend as you can learn (and laugh) together.
