Calling all Nashville Parents! Join us in person for a fun and supportive gathering all about parenthood! Whether you're expecting or already holding your little one, this event is a perfect chance to connect, learn, and celebrate the amazing journey of becoming a mom. You'll learn great mom and dad tips, meet vendors and have time to stock up on essential items for you and your family. Come ready to feel inspired and supported – we can’t wait to meet you and your baby bump or bundle of joy!

Maternal Mental Health Panel and Luncheon (VIP Ticket Holders Only)
Info: The Maternal Mental Health Panel features mental wellness experts sharing information on the importance of mental health before, during and after pregnancy.

General Admission Registration and Check-In
Info: General Admission Ticket Holders Check-In and receive their welcome gift bag. Doors open at 1:00 PM.

VIP and General Admission Prenatal and Postpartum Groups
Info: Ticket holders who are pregnant will spend this time in education sessions to help you have the best pregnancy possible. Includes education on breastfeeding, nutrition, preparing for childbirth and postpartum recovery. Postpartum/Parenting ticket holders will visit with vendors, attend demonstrations, complete free screenings during this time.

VIP and General Admission Postpartum Group
Info: Postpartum/parenting ticket holders will spend time in education sessions to help equip you with the essentials of parenting. Includes education on infant safe sleep, infant development, postpartum recovery and more. Pregnant ticket holders visit with vendor, complete free screenings and demonstrations.

Gift Giveaways and Gift Store Opening
Info: Supported by Mother to Mother, the Metro Public Health Department and Meharry Medical College, attendees will be able to turn in their game cards for tickets to shop at the Shower Event Store and Nashville Strong Babies store (open to enrolled families). Stock up on great household and baby essentials!
