Bellevue Residential Permitting Expo

Planning a remodel, addition or other home project? Curious about accessory dwelling units (ADUs) or other types of middle housing? Or maybe you want to understand Bellevue’s permitting process and how to apply for permits?

Join the City of Bellevue for a Residential Permitting Expo to get practical guidance, helpful resources and answers to your questions. This event will include:

• Panel discussions on ADU construction
• MyBuildingPermit.com workshops
• Opportunities to connect directly with city staff responsible for permit review, code and policy updates, code compliance, long-range planning and much more!

Whether you’re a homeowner considering a building a home or ADU, a DIY remodeler or interested in housing or other policy updates, this event will have something for everyone!

• Date: Saturday, Oct. 25
• Time:10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
• Location: Bellevue City Hall - 450 110th Avenue NE

This is a drop-in event and you can come at any time and stay for as long as you'd like. There will be several scheduled panel discussions:

• 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Building ADUs: What You Need to Know
• 12:30 - 1 p.m. - Getting Started with MyBuildingPermit.Com
