Bellevue Lightrail Shuttle Launch Event

Join us Wednesday, July 29, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. at Bellevue City Hall Plaza as we celebrate the launch of the new Light Rail Shuttle Pilot Program delivered by Amazon.
A brief ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks will begin at 1:15 p.m, followed by an opportunity to learn more about this exciting new mobility service.
The BellHop Light Rail Shuttle Pilot Program sponsored by Amazon will provide dedicated service for light rail riders arriving at the Bellevue Downtown Light Rail Station, connecting them directly to destinations within the BellHop service area. Free, electric BellHop shuttle vans featuring the new VW ID. Buzz vehicles, will be staged as trains arrive in Bellevue, helping riders quickly and easily travel to downtown hotels, restaurants, offices, retail, attractions, meeting venues, and other key destinations.
The pilot service will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. beginning in August. This program is designed to strengthen last-mile connections, support sustainable transportation, and make Bellevue even more accessible and welcoming for visitors, workers, residents, and light rail riders.
