a two-day workshop with Sadhana Singh
With great joy, we invite you to a special two-day workshop created specifically for this weekend, bringing together the themes of How Life Works and Be a Teacher, woven into one coherent, living process.
This weekend is not primarily about Kundalini Yoga techniques or teaching methods. The focus is on where true teaching comes from—the inner state from which teaching naturally arises.
📅 Date: 14–15 March 2026 (Saturday–Sunday)

⏰ Schedule: 10:00–13:00 / 14:30–17:30
🌅 Morning Sadhana (group practice): 6:00–8:30
💻 Online participation: available upon request
🗣️ The workshop is held in English, with Hungarian interpretation.
What is this weekend about?
This workshop supports you in recognising how the teachings of yoga operate in your everyday life—not only on the mat, but also in the moments where you make decisions, live your relationships, and take responsibility. The focus is on returning to an inner state from which teaching does not arise from effort or performance, but emerges as a natural expression.
How does this workshop support you?
The process helps you reconnect with the openness with which you once sat down to practise, strengthen your inner motivation, and see more clearly what it is you truly wish to pass on. Teachers are the carriers through whom the living heritage of the teachings continues, and the quality of our presence directly shapes what we transmit to others.
During the workshop, we explore how to reorder priorities when there is too much noise, how practice can become simpler, more precise, and more truthful, and what clarity of projection means when it arises not from a teaching style, but from an inner state. We also look at how teaching can become a living, natural expression, rather than something constructed.
This program is for you if:
▹you already teach Kundalini Yoga and wish to be present with greater clarity, simplicity, and authenticity,
▹you feel the call to teach and your path is still taking shape,
▹you do not plan to teach, yet seek a deeper, clearer relationship with the essence of yoga and its teachings.

According to several traditions, 2026 is a year of particular significance. The quality of the number 10, associated with the Radiant Body, supports radiance, authentic presence, and inner stability—those qualities from which one can be present with confidence, joy, and clarity.
Sadhana Singh
Sadhana Singh is a senior Kundalini Yoga teacher who has been supporting teachers and aspiring teachers worldwide for more than three decades. His work integrates consistent practice, yogic philosophy, and everyday life. He is the author of several books and works as a consultant with individuals and organisations. He has also played a significant role in the development of Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Hungary.
