We'll visit and learn about all the areas in our USDA inspected meatery: from the Raw Room where old-school seam butchering begins to the variety of smoking chambers and smoking methods we use.
Snag a selfie in the Aging Rooms where salumi hang from floor to ceiling, and check out how fermentation rooms, packaging machines, sausage linkers, and more are all part of Smoking Goose's story.
After the tour, your ticket includes a guided tasting of six charcuterie varieties that demonstrates the deliciously diverse world of cured meats and how Smoking Goose's meat treats stand out.

Available for all ages; however, children's tickets are for 6 years or younger + must be accompanied by a ticketed adult + do not include the package of sliced charcuterie to take home.
