Peel back the layers of history with us to reveal the beginnings of modern-day Colonial Michilimackinac. From an abandoned fort to a campground, the story of the making of Michilimackinac is as layered as its archaeological remains below. At the very center of this continuing story is YOU!
Join us for a special after-hours tour of Colonial Michilimackinac's grounds on July 9 from 7-8pm, for a chance to to hear this special story and chat with members of the interpretive and archaeological staff of Mackinac State Historic Parks about Colonial Michilimackinac today.
Admission to this event is FREE! Bring your camera and your curiosity!
Group will meet at the Colonial Michilimackinac Visitor's Center under the Mackinac Bridge. Tour begins at 7:00 p.m. sharp.
