Behind the Scenes at Edward Street Quarter (members only)

Chamber members tell us that our Behind the Scenes events are amongst their favourites. And that’s because they’re often a chance to get a sneak peek at something new in the city, and visit something no one else can.

This next Behind the Scenes at Edward Street Quarter will tick all those boxes and more.

At this exclusive tour of the newly opened development in Kemp Town, you’ll join Olaide Oboh, Director at Socius, and be amongst the first to visit the new office space and apartments, plus taking in three public art pieces including ‘Neptune’ (which you might have spotted from afar) and ‘whale bones’ at the entrance of newly re-opened historic Mighell Street.

This is a new £140m scheme of 125,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 20,000 sq ft of retail, leisure, food and beverage space as well as 168 new homes.

Designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman and developed by Socius, First Base and Patron Capital, Edward Street Quarter boasts a new public realm, with three new public spaces created by renowned landscape designers Spacehub.

There’ll be refreshments and questions before you leave.
