The upcoming lecture focuses on Ludwig van Beethoven, a towering figure in Western classical music and one of history’s most influential composers. Ozan will guide you through Beethoven’s extraordinary life, from his early struggles with hearing loss to his revolutionary compositions that changed music forever. The lecture will include brief piano examples to illustrate key points, and one of Beethoven’s iconic pieces will be performed in full to highlight his genius and enduring legacy.

• Time: Doors open at 3:30pm. The lecture begins 30 minutes later and will run for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.
