Following a fantastic show at the Two by Two Brewery's Saturday Afternoon Party People gigs, York's Rowan and Friends return with a paradoxically solo show. Rowan's whimsical songwriting has a sublime folky charm. It's easy to see why they we keen to perfom with Nev Clay. Nev represents the very best of the North East music scene, with a gentle ease and charm that welcomes you in, his stories are as entertaining and at least as long as his songs, they leave you quizzing why the world couldn't just be that bit nicer because it's obvious really isn't it, though, hedgerows are better than luxuary car dealerships.
