Behind the Build: Traditional Masonry at Maplewood Grove

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Join Swift Brickwork Contractors on site at Maplewood Grove for a CIOB site visit exploring traditional masonry construction on a live residential development for Bellway Homes Essex.

Attendees will see first-hand how NHBC quality standards are applied and managed on site, with a guided plot walkthrough, live brickwork demonstration, materials display, and an open Q&A with the Swift site team.

PPE REQUIREMENTS

All attendees must wear full PPE on site – hard hat, hi-vis vest, and safety boots. Please do not book this site visit unless you have all PPE required .

This learning activity can contribute towards your annual CPD requirements and should be logged accordingly.

Ticket Price: Free for CIOB Members (optional suggested £5 donation to Assist - please see below) & £25 Non-Members.
