Behind Every Stay is a relaxed community gathering for Colorado short-term rental hosts, property managers, service professionals, and the people whose work keeps every stay running. You do not need to be nominated to attend.
Join Mile High Hosts at Culinary Dropout on Thursday, September 10, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. Your $17.85 ticket includes food and two drink tickets, and the drop-in format means you are welcome to join us for all or part of the evening.
The listing may have a host’s name on it, but every good stay depends on people whose work guests may never see. This evening gives our community a chance to recognize those individuals, reconnect with industry friends, and spend time with people who understand what hospitality takes.
Every individual nominee will be recognized, with no voting, ranking, or competition. COSTRA members and recognized nominees attend free using the separate access information provided to them.

- Workers nominated directly and individuals selected through company referrals
- Hosts and property managers who want to support the people behind their stays
- Colorado hospitality service companies and professionals
- COSTRA members and guests
- Anyone who wants to be part of a more connected short-term-rental community
Nominate Someone
Anyone may submit a nomination. The nominee may work anywhere in Colorado, and COSTRA membership is not required.
Nominate a specific person you know by name. If different people from a company rotate through the work and you do not know whom to name, refer the company instead. MHH will ask the company to select one person from its team, and that individual will receive the recognition.
