Join a unique opportunity to earn as you learn! This paid training opportunity will prepare you to work with kids with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, school-based, and residential treatment centers. This program aims to meet the community demands for behavioral health providers. All participants of the program will have the opportunity to interview and hopefully transition into entry level behavioral health positions with Fred Finch.
Requirements:
MUST reside in Escondido
18+ years old
HS Diploma or equivalent
Must pass background check
TB test and covid vaccine/booster
Reliable transportation and CA driver's license
