The start of the year feels like a good time to explore the theme of
beginnings and what they mean to us. Thay encourages us to keep letting go of what we think we know to progress further on our journey. How can we cultivate the openness to explore uncharted territory with a sense of curiosity and adventure while being mindful of the risks?
Please arrive from around 09:45 for a 10am start
The day will include guided meditation, walking meditations, readings, reflections and sharing in small groups and a potluck lunch.
Please bring some plant-based food to share for lunch.
This practice is open to everyone, of all faiths and none.
