Join Micaela for an introduction to yoga with strong emphasis on learning postures, alignment, and breath techniques. We will build an understanding of the postures, alignment, terminology typically used in classes and focus on connecting with how yoga feels in your body.
This class is open to conversation to assist you in finding balance and comfort within your body as you practice.
