This class is designed to introduce materials and the basic techniques for painting with watercolor. If you have ever wanted to try watercolors, this is for you!! This is a hands-on and fun approach to this amazing medium!! Students will be able to apply and experiment with exercises for each concept!
This class is for beginning watercolor students and will cover basic color theory, values, design, how to mix colors, how to control water/pigment ratio, and brush skills.
This class is a prerequisite for Beginning Watercolor 2 of 2.

Testing the colors and paint a color wheel.
