Are you looking to invigorate your well-being -- mind, body, and spirit? Join us for the Beginning Class of Ki-Aikido starting on Monday September 9th at 6 pm. Classes are Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 pm and are open to students ages 14 and up.
Ki-Aikido is a defensive Japanese martial art that develops mental focus physical and mental relaxation balance and coordination.
