About this Event

This introductory class, led by respected San Carlos Apache instructor Ken Duncan Sr., will introduce participants to basic vocabulary, greetings, pronunciation, and everyday conversation in a supportive and engaging environment. Whether you are beginning your language journey or reconnecting with your heritage, we welcome all Apache citizens.

Classes begin September 1 and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Phoenix Indian Center 4041 N. Central Avenue Bldg B Phoenix, AZ 85012. Full schedule is below:

• September 1 and 3 (Tuesday and Thursday)
• September 8 and 10 (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Tuesday, September 15 (no class on September 17)
• September 22 and 24 (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Tuesday, September 29
