Beginning Aikido is an eight week course that focuses on basic Aikido skills and principles. Throughout the course you will develop greater balance, strength, and flexibility. In addition, you will experience how to respond to conflict with ease and confidence.Aikido training is to connect one's own heart with the heart of the universe. It is to cultivate Ki or life energy that leads to vibrant health and well being. Through practice, we learn to move in the world with balance, flow, strength, and purpose.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45-6:35pm
