This workshop is an easy way for people to learn the fundamentals and begin developing skills that will make the transition into other aerial yoga classes more smooth. You will learn several of the basic inversions, standing poses, core/arm strengthening sequences, transitions, and terminology. Whether you are coming to check it off your bucket list or are an aspiring aerial artist, prepare to have a great time! You just might become addicted after this one class! $22(+tax and fees).
