Beginning a Nature Journal

Ready to explore the natural world and capture your discoveries? Join us for an in-person session where you'll learn how to start your very own nature journal. Whether you're new to journaling or just need some fresh inspiration, this event is perfect for anyone who loves nature and creativity. Bring your curiosity and let's get documenting the beauty around us!

All materials will be provided but if you have a favorite sketchbook and tools already, you are welcome to bring them. Attendees will make a pocket sized sketchbook to take home.

In class we'll cover beginning drawing techniques but our focus will be on the connection we make with nature rather than the product. We'll even cover ways we can nature journal that don't require any drawing at all!

This class is outdoors so please check the weather ahead of time and dress appropriately.
