Have you felt lost in a Yoga class or do you need help learning the basics? This Yoga workshop is for the absolute beginner that wants the poses taught step-by-step in a supportive environment.Held for 75 mins, you'll be guided through the essential Yoga postures and more. Here's what to expect:
- Beginner friendly atmosphere
- Step-by-step tuition of the foundation postures
- Posture variations and modifcations
- Learn a Yoga sequence
- Guided meditation at the end to rest
- Gain skills + confidence to explore classes
- Yoga mat & blocks are provided on the day
*Important note, this workshop is not suitable during any stage of pregnancy or injury. Yoga may look easy or relaxing but it is still a movement based class that some may find physically exerting. If you are unsure, please check with your GP before starting any new exercises or email [email protected] your questions.
Cost: £15. Yoga mat & blocks are provided for you to use on the day. Just bring yourself and a bottle of water.
