Do want to learn Tai Chi. We will be running our beginner's Yang Style Tai Chi Lessons again commencing Wednesday 4th September at Hope Church Hall. Over the six weeks we will cover Qigong breathing and the basics of posture and movement of the Ten Step. This is a great introduction to Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, broken down into easy sections.
