🌿 New Weekly Beginners Tai Chi Class in Belfast 🌿Curious about Tai Chi but never tried it before? This class is designed especially for beginners — no experience needed, no special kit required. Just bring yourself (and maybe shoes you can move in).
What you’ll get:
✨ Easy-to-follow movements to improve balance, focus, and relaxation
✨ A calm space that’s friendly to late-diagnosed and neurodivergent learners
✨ Guidance from a teacher with 25 years’ experience (and an autistic special interest in Tai Chi — IYKYK)
🕒 When: Thursdays at 8pm (weekly)
📍 Where: The Little Yoga House, Belfast
