Discover the art of Sourdough Bread in this workshop with Oh Sourdough Baking Co. Baker and Bread-ucator, Miriam.This 2.5 hour workshop will give you hands-on experience in all the key steps of the sourdough bread-making process including:
Feeding and maintaining your starter
Mixing and shaping dough
Understanding bulk fermentation
How to score and bake a loaf
Banneton care
Q&A for all your questions
Fresh baked Sourdough Bread, cinnamon rolls and more will be served as a snack during class.
You will take home:
-active sourdough starter
-dough for a loaf to bake in your kitchen
-banneton with liner
-printed Oh Sourdough Beginner recipe and starter care guide
-access to our online sourdough community where you can share photos of your first loaf, ask questions and receive mentoring as you bake at home

Cancellations:
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person with a 24 hour notice to Miriam at [email protected] OR reschedule for a future workshop by emailing. We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, you would have the ability to transfer your ticket to a future workshop.
