Woo-who! It's that time again! Come join us for a fun afternoon and learn how to make sourdough bread! The class includes a complete sourdough starter kit and hands on instruction!
Your kit includes:
1 lined Banneton
1 Danish dough hook
1 Lame
1 Bench scraper
1 743 Weck jar
1 Live sourdough starter
**The class will be held in the large classroom space to accommodate everyone.
Cost:
$90 class & the whole tool package (Required for Newbies)
$45 for refresher (You have all the tools)
