Beginners Series with Courtney
A consistent yoga practice boosts the health of your body and mind. In our 4 week Beginners Series, you’ll learn:
- Common yoga poses and how to customize them to suit your unique body
- What to expect in a typical yoga class
- How to comfortably improve your strength, flexibility, and balance
- How to use yoga props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and chairs
You'll also receive our 45 page Yoga for Beginners manual that features 29 yoga postures plus variations, so you can find the version of each posture that works best for you.
What to expect:
Beginners Series classes are 60 minutes long and meet once per week for four weeks. Upon completion of the Series, you'll have access to a month of unlimited classes, so you can put your new skills into practice and try out different classes and teachers.
