? When: Every Thursday for 5 weeks, starting June 22nd

Investment: $50 for all five weeks
Meditation is a wonderful tool, but some find it challenging to get into a regular practice and can let the mind interfere, so we wanted to help!
At our meditation sessions, we embrace simplicity and ease, offering a practice that requires no special seating arrangements or the daunting task of silencing the mind. Our class is carefully curated for beginners, but of course, if you feel the draw to come, all levels are welcome.
