Join us for a delicious and educational backyard barbecue session at our warehouse in St Peters, Sydney.Sample different types of meat cooked with various rubs and smoke wood flavors using American-style low and slow barbecue methods. You'll learn how to use our Big Green Eggs, Hark Offset, GMG Peak pellet BBQ, and Bradley Smoker, which are all set up overnight for optimal results.
This is a fantastic opportunity to discover which BBQ suits your skill level and preferences or to get some tips before you buy a Smoker BBQ.
Improve your own BBQ technique by identifying and correcting any mistakes you might be making. Plus, you'll discover new ideas, tricks, and advice on mastering the art of low and slow BBQ.
But be warned – it will be a carnivore's feast! As part of our class, you'll taste everything that comes out of our smokers. It's a great way to learn about texture and flavor profiles from not just different smokers, but also combinations of proteins, rubs, and woods used.
The session begins at 1:00 pm at our new St Peters warehouse (address provided upon booking) and lasts for about 2-3+ hours. Feel free to bring your own drinks and enjoy the all-you-can-eat feast!
