Beginners Digital Art with Destina (Ages 9-12)
Saturdays, 1–2:30 PM - 8 weeks - $175

Kids will dive into the exciting world of digital art using a free, beginner-friendly program that they’ll download and bring on their own computer or laptop. In this hands-on class, students will learn the fundamentals of creating digital art, from using basic tools and layers to experimenting with colors, brushes, and simple techniques to bring their ideas to life. Perfect for beginners, this class builds a strong foundation while encouraging creativity and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Note: Students must have & bring to class:
FOR IPAD:
~Procreate (program)
~An iPad pen (recommended but not necessary if they wish to use their fingers).
FOR COMPUTER USERS:
FireAlpaca (program)
Or alternatively Krita (program)
They will also need to buy a drawing tablet for PC (I can provide brand recommendations) but if they wish to use mouse and keyboard this is possible too, to learn the basics.
