Come learn yoga from the ground up in a class that adapts to you!Have you always wanted to learn Yoga but feel intimidated trying to join in at a local studio?
Have you taken a "beginner's" class that expected you to have a basic understanding of the postures and poses?
Davison Holistic's Beginner's Yoga Workshop is exactly what you need!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
- Learn the very basic building blocks to a successful Yoga practice starting at square one!
- This workshop will teach the very basic floor movements and progress into poses and eventually into flow.
- Learn the Sanskrit names and meanings of the postures so you can understand the directions being given in a studio flow class.
Class will meet every week from 6-7 PM.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear stretchy clothes.
You will be expected to practice in bare feet.
$20 per session

You can call (810) 652-6262 to preregister and pay at the time of class if paying cash.
Workshop attendance will be limited to 10 people so you must preregister to attend.
Registration cut off will be every Tuesday at 5 PM.
