Begin Pilates or refresh your practice with this progressively taught class by Bea Alexander, full-time teacher for over twenty years, at the Eric Liddell Centre in Morningside, Edinburgh.Bea pays attention to everyone in the class and adapts exercises for different bodies.
You can book out of classes you can't make and book in to a different class during the 11 weeks of term: Monday 15th April to Friday 28th June.
£147.90 for the 11 weeks and the use of the booking in and out facility.
