Experience the Japanese Martial Art of Aikido with Instructor Joseph Johnson, a proud member of the International Hellenistic Aikido Zanshin Association, who holds a 2nd-degree black belt and is Aikikai certified. Learn the dynamic defense that integrates fluid movement, circular motions, throws, joint locks, and mindfulness— forging a path of balance and self-mastery. Through rigorous testing and growth, unleash your potential!Session: October 2024: Training classes every Tuesday and Thursday (6:30PM)
Training Class Length: 1 Hour
Session Registration Fee: $40/person
13 Years and Older
Location: OC Sports Center, Room 212 (unless otherwise stated)
No experience necessary. Each month-long session included all Tuesday and Thursdays within the calendar month, unless otherwise stated. Come to as many or as few training classes as your schedule allows. Belt training is available. Gi or athletic attire required. Participants will be asked to remove shoes prior to training.
Course participation does not include access to Sports Center facility outside of the stated training class times.
