Brandy — a licensed physical therapist with years of experience — brings her extensive knowledge of yoga and human anatomy to this Beginner Yoga Workshop! Go over poses in depth and receive hands-on instruction and feedback in real time. If you are brand new to yoga — or if it’s been a while — this is the workshop for you! Cost is $30.
