Beginner Yoga with Jo & Stacey

Hi, we're Stacey & Jo 👋😊

We are newly qualified teachers offering welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga classes at St Godwald’s Church Hall in Aston Fields.

This gentle session is the perfect way to explore yoga - whether you’re a complete beginner or easing back into practice.

After your first complementary class, you’re welcome to continue joining us for just £5 per session.

– A calming 60-minute class, led by either Jo or Stacey (alternating weeks)

– Gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation

– A relaxed, supportive environment

– Classes tailored to all levels, especially beginners

– A yoga mat (please get in touch if you don't have one)

– Comfortable clothing

– A bottle of water

– A blanket or jumper for relaxation (optional)

• Your first class is completely free!
• After that, classes are £5 per session, payable in person (cash only please)
• Spaces are limited - please book ahead and cancel if you can’t attend so we can offer your spot to someone else.
• The class starts promptly at 6.30pm
