This Intro to Yoga class is a chance to begin where you are. Together, we’ll move through the fundamentals with care, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. My intention is to keep yoga accessible for everyone, so you can feel at ease asking questions, learning at your own pace, and discovering what feels good in your body. You’ll leave with a stronger foundation, more confidence, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
Steven completed his first teacher training in July 1999 under the guidance of Doug Swenson—a master yoga practitioner, philosopher, poet, and dedicated health advocate. Since then, he has continued to deepen his knowledge and practice by attending numerous trainings and workshops each year. Steven’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. He is passionate about creating practices that are accessible to all levels, with a focus on mindful alignment, awareness, and the deeper philosophy of yoga.
