Our beginners basic yoga class is great for yogis of all skill levels. We address mind body connections along with breathwork and stretching. For hygiene purposes, mats will NOT be provided and must be brought with you. Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing and bring plenty of hydration.
Beginners Classes are Thursday evenings at 5pm and Saturday mornings at 10AM. $5 per class
Yoni Yoga was specifically designed by Alisha to build the pelvic floor, tighten the tummy, lift the butt, and gain confidence while having fun and feeling sexy. Yoni Yoga is every Wednesday at 5pm. $10 per class.
