Beginner Wheel Throwing For Adults: Succulent PotsInstructor: Sarah Stanifer

$130 - 5 Session Class
This class will explore the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. No experience necessary! During the first few sessions, students will have a chance to get comfortable with the medium, tools, and terminology that go along with it. The last couple of sessions will encompass refining the wheel thrown work and learning to glaze the work. Students will create small to medium sized succulent pots and water catching saucers to match their pots.
About Your Instructor:
Sarah Stanifer is a recent BFA graduate of CSU Pueblo. The arts have been a part of her life for as long as she can remember whether she was creating physical art or playing her flute in the summer musical at the Arts Center. She creates in a variety of mediums and loves to explore new techniques all the time. As an instructor, she loves seeing the boundless creativity of the students in her classes and is inspired by the energy that her students exude.
