Return of Yoga for the fall!
Join me at the YMCA on Thursday mornings for a Beginners Vinyasa Flow class! We will work on connecting breath and movement, proper alignment of foundational poses, and focus on balance and stability. We will learn modifications and the use of props. All levels welcome. Free for Y members, or $10/day pass.
