We've been teaching sushi classes since 2011 & have had over 15k ppl take the class in 18 states! Here are a few things you'll learn in our beginner class:
- how to make perfect sushi rice, everytime
- sushi sauces & how to use them in lots of different ways
- where to shop/what to buy (and more importantly; what NOT to buy)
- how to serve raw fish at home according to health department regulations
- basic food safety at home
- step by step sushi making with your instructor (you get to make your own roll!)
