Join Danielle of The Raven’s Rise Sourdough micro-bakery for a beginner sourdough workshop! Jumpstart your bread-making journey with an informative and hands-on session right here in the taproom. The workshop will cover sourdough basics including how to maintain your starter, how to make your first loaf, as well as techniques for scoring, baking, and discard. Your registration includes:
-A jar of starter to take home
-A beginner’s guide
-2 hours of hands-on learning
